综合肠内营养干预在急性脑出血患者中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨综合肠内营养干预在急性脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年12月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的80例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。研究组实施综合肠内营养干预,对照组实施基础干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组患者家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。干预前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组NIHSS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组清蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、前清蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TFN)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组ALB、Hb、PA、TFN水平均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合肠内营养干预在急性脑出血患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者神经功能及营养指标,减少不良反应,提升患者家属满意度。 Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive enteral nutrition intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The study group implemented comprehensive enteral nutrition intervention,while the control group implemented basic intervention.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the NIHSS score in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA)and transferrin(TFN)between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the levels of ALB,Hb,PA and TFN in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive enteral nutrition intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage has a significant application effect,which can improve patients'neurological function and nutritional indicators,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients'families.
