溶栓胶囊联合常规西药治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Thrombolytic Capsule Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:分析溶栓胶囊联合常规西药治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年12月海安市中医院收治的110例气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予溶栓胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、脑血流动力学指标、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组最大峰值流速(Vs)、平均血流速度(Vm)、血管阻力指数(RI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Vs、Vm高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组RI低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者治疗中,给予溶栓胶囊联合常规西药治疗的效果显著,可有效改善患者脑血流动力学指标及炎性因子水平,且用药安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of thrombolytic capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with thrombolytic capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,cerebral hemodynamic index,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the maximum peak velocity(Vs),mean blood flow velocity(Vm)and vascular resistance index(RI)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Vs and Vm in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Vs and Vm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the RI in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the RI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the combination of thrombolytic capsules and conventional western medicine has a significant effect,and can effectively ameliorate cerebral hemodynamic indexes and inflammatory factor levels of patients,and the drug safety is high.
