乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗老年失眠症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Wuling Capsule Combined with Estazolam in Treatment of Senile Insomnia

目的:分析乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗老年失眠症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2023年2月湖北省军区武汉第十六干休所收治的老年失眠症患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗,对照组采用艾司唑仑治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组睡眠质量评分、病理行为评分、P物质水平均低于对照组,5-羟色胺水平、神经肽Y水平、治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合艾司唑仑可改善老年失眠症患者的睡眠质量、病理行为及血清指标,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wuling capsule combined with estazolam in treatment of senile insomnia.Methods:A total of 30 elderly patients with insomnia admitted to Hubei Province Military Region Wuhan 16th Cadre Sanatorium from October 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Wuling capsule and estazolam,and the control group was treated with estazolam.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the sleep quality score,pathological behavior score and P substance level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the serotonin level,neuropeptide Y level and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuling Capsule combined with estazolam can improve sleep quality,pathological behavior and serum indexes in elderly patients with insomnia,and enhance the treatment effect.
