针刺联合综合康复训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training in Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder

目的:探讨针刺联合综合康复训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的效果。方法:选取2022年1-12月南华大学附属第一医院收治的61例ASD患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为研究组(n=31)和对照组(n=30)。对照组实施综合康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上实施针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组儿童孤独症评价量表、孤独症行为量表评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组认知(语言/语前)、语言表达、语言理解、小肌肉、模仿(视觉/动作)、情感表达百分比级数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合综合康复训练治疗ASD的效果显著,可改善患儿临床症状及神经心理行为发展情况。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of 61 children with ASD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group(n=31)and the control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group implemented comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the study group implemented acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of the Childhood Autism Rating Scale and Autism Behavior Checklist in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage levels of cognitive(verbal/preverbal),expressive language,receptive language,fine motor,imitation(visual/motor),affective expression in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training has a significant effect in the treatment of ASD,and can improve the clinical symptoms and neuropsychological behavior development of children.
