GATA结合蛋白3在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义

摘要 目的:分析GATA结合蛋白3(GATA3)在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况与临床意义。方法:选取2015年5月-2021年3月于铜仁市人民医院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者100例作为研究对象。收集患者临床资料,采用免疫组织化学法检测GATA3、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体(Her-2)、Ki-67、雄激素受体(AR)表达情况,分析不同临床病理参数及分子分型乳腺癌组织GATA3的表达差异。结果:G1~G2期乳腺癌组织GATA3阳性率高于G3期,ER、PR、Ki-67阳性乳腺癌组织GATA3阳性率高于阴性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三阴型乳腺癌组织GATA3阳性率低于其他3种,Her-2过表达型乳腺癌组织GATA3阳性率低于Luminal A型、Luminal B型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌GATA3的表达与乳腺癌分子分型及肿瘤学特征相关,GATA3对乳腺癌患者的诊断、治疗及预后预测具有重要临床价值。 Objective:To analyze the expression and clinical significance of GATA binding protein 3(GATA3)in breast cancer tissue.Methods:A total of 100 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in Tongren People's Hospital from May 2015 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Clinical data of patients were collected.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of GATA3,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor(Her-2),Ki-67,androgen receptor(AR).The difference of GATA3 expression in different clinicopathological parameters and molecular types of breast cancer tissues was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of GATA3 in breast cancer tissues at G1-G2 phase was higher than that at G3 phase,and the positive rate of GATA3 in ER,PR and Ki-67 positive breast cancer tissues was higher than that in negative tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of GATA3 in triple-negative breast cancer tissues was lower than that in the other three types,and the positive rate of GATA3 in Her-2 overexpressing breast cancer tissues was lower than that in Luminal A and Luminal B types,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of GATA3 in early breast cancer is related to the molecular typing and oncological characteristics of breast cancer,and GATA3 may have important clinical value for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis prediction of breast cancer patients.
