全程优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Whole-Course High-Quality Nursing in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy

目的:探讨全程优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1-12月于徐州市妇幼保健院行腹腔镜下子宫全切术的患者76例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后首次下床时间、术后排气时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3 d,观察组疼痛数字评分法及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:全程优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者中的应用效果显著,可促进患者术后恢复,降低术后血压、心率水平,减轻疼痛程度,提升睡眠质量,减少术后并发症。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of whole-course high-quality nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole-course high-quality nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The postoperative first ambulation time,postoperative exhaust time,incision healing time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On Days 1,2 and 3 after surgery,the scores of numerical rating scale for pain and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion:Whole-course high-quality nursing has significant application effects in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy,and can promote patients'postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative blood pressure and heart rate,alleviate pain degree,improve sleep quality,and reduce postoperative complications.
