整体护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Holistic Nursing in Cesarean Section Puerpera

目的:探讨整体护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月-2023年10月于太仓市第一人民医院行剖宫产的100例产妇作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施整体护理。比较两组术后康复时间、术后腹胀情况、心理状态。结果:观察组首次进食时间、首次排气时间、首次离床时间、拔尿管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果显著,可加快产妇术后恢复速度,降低腹胀发生率,改善焦虑及抑郁情绪。

Objective:To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in puerpera undergoing cesarean section.Methods:A total of 100 puerpera who underwent cesarean section in the First People's Hospital of Taicang from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented holistic nursing.The postoperative recovery time,postoperative abdominal distension and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results:The first eating time,first exhaust time,first ambulation time,extubation time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic nursing in puerpera undergoing cesarean section has a significant effect,which can speed up the postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of abdominal distension,and improve anxiety and depression.
