系统化护理干预在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Nursing in Patients Undergoing Thyroid Surgery

目的:探讨系统化护理干预在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月于贵州航天医院行甲状腺手术的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组行系统护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:术后12 h,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于术后3 h,且研究组低于对照组;术后24 h,两组VAS评分低于术后3 h与术后12 h,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037 6)。护理后,两组治疗组织生命质量核心量表各项评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组固体食物耐受时间、首次下床时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。护理后,两组日常生活活动能力表评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理干预在甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者术后疼痛程度,降低不良事件发生率,提高生活质量与自理能力,改善术后恢复情况。

Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention on perioperative nursing in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing thyroid surgery diseases in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received systematic nursing intervention.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:At 12 h after surgery,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were lower than those at 3 h after surgery,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group;At 24 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those at 3 h and 12 h after surgery,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0376).After nursing,the scores of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Core Questionnaire in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The solid food tolerance time and first ambulation time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).After nursing,the scores of the activities of daily living scale in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of systematic nursing intervention on perioperative nursing in patients undergoing thyroid surgery is significant,which can reduce postoperative pain degree,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the quality of life and self-care ability,and ameliorate postoperative recovery.
