无缝隙护理管理在临床一线护士管理中的应用价值

Application Value of Seamless Nursing Management in Clinical Front-Line Nurse Management

目的:探讨无缝隙护理管理在临床一线护士管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月南京市浦口区中心医院临床一线护士68名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用无缝隙护理管理。比较两组护士核心能力、不良事件发生情况。结果:管理后,观察组专业发展、临床护理、批判性思维及科研、领导能力、人际关系、法律伦理实践、教育咨询评分高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理管理在临床一线护士管理中的应用效果显著,可提高护士核心能力,减少护理不良事件。

Objective:To explore the application value of seamless nursing management in the management of clinical front-line nurses.Methods:A total of 68 clinical front-line nurses from Nanjing Pukou District Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional management,and the observation group adopted seamless nursing management.The nurse's core competence and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results:After management,the scores of professional development,clinical nursing,critical thinking and scientific research,leadership,interpersonal relations,legal ethics practice,and educational counseling in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless nursing management in the management of clinical front-line nurses has a significant effect,which can improve the nurse's core competence and reduce the nursing adverse events.
