舒芬太尼在腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果分析

Anesthesia Effect Analysis of Sufentanil in Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:分析舒芬太尼在腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法:选取2020年3—4月于汕头市潮南区人民医院行腹腔镜手术的患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组应用芬太尼麻醉方案,观察组应用舒芬太尼麻醉方案。比较两组麻醉情况,麻醉效果,麻醉前与术中血压、心率。结果:观察组麻醉起效时间短于对照组,镇痛维持时间长于对照组,苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组麻醉效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。麻醉前,两组舒张压、收缩压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中,对照组舒张压、收缩压、心率高于麻醉前,且高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼在腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果显著,起效时间快,镇痛维持时间长,苏醒时间短,同时可保持患者血压、心率平稳。

Objective:To analyze the anesthesia effect of sufentanil in laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Shantou Chaonan District People's Hospital from March 2020 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with fentanyl,while the observation group was anesthetized with sufentanil.Anesthesia status and anesthesia effect,as well as blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia and during surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the onset time of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter,the maintenance time of analgesia in the observation group was longer,and the recovery time in the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The anesthesia effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before anesthesia,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).During surgery,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the control group were higher than those before anesthesia and higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sufentanil in laparoscopic surgery has significant anesthesia effect,with rapid onset time,long analgesia maintenance time and short recovery time,it can simultaneously maintain stable blood pressure and heart rate of patients.
