硝苯地平缓释片联合常规降糖药治疗高血压伴2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Nifedipine Sustained-Release Tablets Combined with Conventional Hypoglycemic Agents in Treatment of Hypertension with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析硝苯地平缓释片联合常规降糖药治疗高血压伴2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月东营市东营区中医院收治的116例高血压伴2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各58例。两组均使用常规降血糖药物治疗2型糖尿病,对照组在降糖治疗基础上应用氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组在常规降糖治疗基础上应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗。比较两组血压、血糖、心率、血尿氮素、血清肌酐水平,治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心率高于治疗前,但观察组低于对照组,两组血尿氮素、血清肌酐水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片联合常规降糖药治疗高血压伴2型糖尿病的临床效果显著,可降低患者血压、血脂水平,改善肝肾功能,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with conventional hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 116 patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Dongying District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dongying City from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional hypoglycemic agents for type 2 diabetes mellitus,the control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets on the basis of hypoglycemic therapy,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy.Blood pressure,blood glucose,heart rate,blood urine nitrogen and serum creatinine levels,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,but the heart rate the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of blood urine nitrogen and serum creatinine in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with conventional hypoglycemic agents have significant clinical effects in the treatment of hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can reduce blood pressure and blood lipid levels,improve liver and kidney function,and will not increase adverse reactions.
