补阳还五汤联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment ofAcute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析补阳还五汤联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年10月连云港市赣榆区石桥中心卫生院收治的86例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组脑部血流速度、神经受损程度、炎性因子水平、肝肾功能指标水平。结果:治疗后,两组大脑前动脉、中动脉、后动脉血流速度快于入院时,且研究组快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于入院时,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于入院时,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时、治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肾小球滤过率、24 h尿蛋白定量水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合常规西药治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,可改善患者脑部血流速度及神经功能,减轻炎性反应,且不影响肝肾功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction compared with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Lianyungang City Ganyu District Shiqiao Central Health Center from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were di-vided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of control group.The cerebral blood flow velocity,nerve injury degree,levels of inflammatory factors,levels of liver and kidney function indicator were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood flow velocity of the anterior,middle and posterior cerebral ar-teries in the two groups was faster than that at the time of admission,the blood flow velocity in the study group was faster than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score in the two groups was lower than that at the time of admission,the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those at the time of admission,the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,glomerular filtration rate,and 24-h urine protein quantification lev-els between the two groups at the time of admission and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction com-bined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and can improve the blood flow velocity and nerve function of patients,relieve inflammatory reaction,and do not affect liver and kidney function.
