针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Needle Knife Treatment for Sciatica Caused by Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年3月张掖市民乐县中医医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛患者115例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=58)与观察组(n=57)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组数字疼痛评分法(NRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组NRS评分治疗6周后<治疗4周后<治疗2周后<治疗前,且观察组低于同时期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组下肢麻木、腰背痛、腿痛、脊椎活动受限积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周后,两组下肢麻木、腰背痛、腿痛、脊椎活动受限积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致坐骨神经痛的临床效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善临床症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of needle knife treatment for sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 115 patients with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Zhangye City Minle County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between February 2021 and March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group(n=58)and an observation group(n=57)according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received needle knife treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the numerical rating scale(NRS)score between the two observation before treatment(P>0.05);the NRS score in the two groups was ranked as follows:after 6 weeks of treatment<after 4 weeks of treatment<after 2 weeks of treatment<before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the same period,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of lower limb numbness,low back pain,leg pain and limited spinal activity between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of lower limb numbness,low back pain,leg pain and limited spinal activity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle knife treatment for sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation has significant clinical effects,and can relieve pain and improve clinical symptoms.
