标准化手术护理配合模式在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Standardized Operation Nursing Cooperation Mode in Laparoscopic RadicalResection of Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨标准化手术护理配合模式在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月于广东省中医院接受腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的80例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规手术护理配合模式,研究组采用标准化手术护理配合模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:入手术室时,两组收缩压、舒张压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术结束时,两组收缩压、舒张压、心率低于入手术室时,但研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术准备时间、手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后排气恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:标准化手术护理配合模式在腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中的应用效果显著,可维持术中生命体征稳定,缩短手术时间,加速术后康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized operation nursing cooperation mode in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine operation nursing cooperation mode,and the study group adopted standardized operation nursing cooperation mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups at the time of entering the operation room(P>0.05).At the end of the operation,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups were lower than those at the time of entering the operation room,while the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation preparation time,operation time,and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,postoperative exhaust recovery time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of standardized operation nursing cooperation mode in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has a significant effect,which can maintain the stability of vital signs during the operation,shorten the operation time,and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation.
