优化护理流程在急性脑出血患者抢救中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Optimal Nursing Process in Rescue of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

目的:分析优化护理流程在急性脑出血患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月湛江市遂溪县人民医院抢救的急性脑出血患者70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组采用优化护理流程。比较两组抢救效果。结果:观察组出诊时间、分诊评估时间、疾病检查时间及总抢救时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。观察组抢救成功患者住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。抢救后,两组抢救成功患者美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于抢救前,且观察组低于对照组,两组抢救成功患者格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于抢救前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功患者不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论:优化护理流程在急性脑出血患者抢救中的应用效果显著,可缩短抢救时间,提升康复效果,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of optimal nursing process in the rescue of acute cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,70 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were rescued in Suixi County People's Hospital in Zhanjiang City were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nurs-ing,and the observation group received optimal nursing process.The rescue effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The time of visiting,triage evaluation,disease examination and the total time of rescue in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).The hospitalization time of suc-cessfully rescued patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After rescue,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of successfully rescued patients in the two groups was lower than that before rescue,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the Glasgow Coma Scale score of successfully rescued patients in the two groups was higher than that before rescue,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events of successfully rescued patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).Conclusion:The application effect of optimal nursing process in the rescue of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients is significant,which can shorten the rescue time,improve the rehabilitation effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
