多管发酵法和滤膜法在生活饮用水微生物检验中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析多管发酵法和滤膜法在生活饮用水微生物检验中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月滨州市无棣县疾病预防控制中心采集的180份未经处理的水厂生活饮用水样作为研究对象,其中枯水期90份,丰水期90份。所有水样进行滤膜法检验和多管发酵法检验。比较枯水期和丰水期两种检验方法微生物检出情况。结果:两种方法枯水期大肠菌群和杂菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多管发酵法大肠埃希菌和耐热大肠菌群检出率高于滤膜法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法丰水期大肠菌群和杂菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多管发酵法大肠埃希菌和耐热大肠菌群检出率高于滤膜法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多管发酵法在生活饮用水微生物检验中的应用效果良好,对大肠埃希菌和耐热大肠菌群的检出率高于滤膜法。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of multi-tube fermentation method and filter membrane method in microbial testing for drinking water.Methods:A total of 180 untreated drinking water samples(including 90 samples during the dry season and 90 samples during the wet season)collected from the water plant by Binzhou City Wudi County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research object.All the water samples were tested by filter membrane method and multi-tube fermentation method.The detection of microorganisms during dry season and wet season by two testing methods was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection rate of coliform and miscellaneous bacteria during the dry season between two methods(P>0.05).The detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliform by multi-tube fermentation method were higher than those by filter membrane method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of coliform and miscellaneous bacteria during the wet season between two methods(P>0.05).The detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliform by multi-tube fermentation method were higher than those by filter membrane method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-tube fermentation method has a better application effect in microbial testing for drinking water and obtains higher detection rates for Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliform than filter membrane method.
