摘要
目的:分析专科特长培养联合混合教学对全科医师综合能力及岗位胜任力的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年6月于上海市第八人民医院全科基地参加住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的58名全科医师作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组采用传统培养模式,观察组采用专科特长培养联合混合教学模式。比较两组综合能力、岗位胜任力。结果:培训后,两组临床客观结构化考核、全科医师胜任力问卷各项评分及总分高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专科特长培养联合混合教学可提高全科住培医师的综合能力及岗位胜任力。
Objective:To analyze the influence of specialty training combined with mixed teaching on the comprehensive ability and post competence of general practitioners.Methods:A total of 58 general practitioners who participated in the standardized resident training at the General Practice Base of Shanghai Eighth People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional training mode,and the observation group adopted the specialty training combined with mixed teaching mode.The comprehensive ability and post competence of the two groups were compared.Results:After the training,the scores of Objective Structured Clinical Examination and General Practitioner Competence Questionnaire and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before the training,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The specialty training combined with mixed teaching can improve the comprehensive ability and post competence of general practice resident training physicians.
