Analysis on Use of Drugs Selected for National Centralized Procurement in a Psychiatric Special Hospital

目的:分析某精神专科医院国家集采购中选药品使用情况。方法:回顾性分析2020年4—11月和2021年4—11月石河子绿洲医院10种国家第一批集中采购中选药品使用情况,并选取2019年4—11月未执行集中采购同类药品的使用情况作为对照。比较集中采购前后10种药物使用情况。结果:2020年10种中选药品限定日费用(DDDc)均低于2019年;2021年厄贝沙坦片DDDc高于2020年,其余种类降低或不变。阿托伐他汀口服常释剂型用药频度(DDDs)连续2年增长,氯吡格雷口服常释剂型和福辛普利口服常释剂型DDDs连续2年降低,帕罗西汀口服常释剂型和蒙脱石口服散剂2020年、2021年DDDs较2019年整体降低,其余药品2020年、2021年DDDs较2019年整体增长。2020年合计节约3 314 483.46元,2021年合计节约3 832.07元。结论:中选药品与国家集中带量采购前比较,药品价格下降,降低了个人药品费用负担,各种药品用量有增有减,属于正常波动。

Objective:To analyze the use of drugs selected for national centralized procurement in the psychiatric special hospital.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the use of 10 drugs selected for the first batch of national centralized procurement at Shihezi Oasis Hospital from April to November in 2020 and from April to November in 2021.The use of the same type of drugs that did not undergo centralized procurement from April to November in 2019 were selected as controls.The use of 10 drugs before and after centralized procurement was compared.Results:The defined daily dose cost(DDDc)of the 10 selected drugs in 2020 was lower than that in 2019;In 2021,the DDDc of Irbesartan Tablets was higher than that in 2020,while the DDDc of the other types decreased or remained unchanged.The defined daily doses(DDDs)of Atorvastatin Oral Immediate-Release Formulations increased for two consecutive years,while the DDDs of Clopidogrel Oral Immediate-Release Formulations and Fosinopril Oral Immediate-Release Formulations decreased for two consecutive years.The DDDs of Paroxetine Oral Immediate-Release Formulations and Montmorillonite Oral Powders decreased in 2020 and 2021 compared to 2019,while the DDDs of other drugs increased in 2020 and 2021 compared to 2019.In 2020,a total of 3314483.46 yuan was saved,and in 2021,a total of 3838.07 yuan was saved.Conclusion:Compared with the national centralized quantity procurement,the price of selected drugs has decreased,reducing the burden of personal drug costs.The amount of various drugs used has increased or decreased,which is a normal fluctuation.
