基于开阖枢理论探析儿童自闭症

Discussion on Autism in Children Based on Theory of Opening and Closing Pivot

文章运用开阖枢理论为儿童自闭症的诊疗提出新的思路。枢机为人体气机运行的关键,世间万物的运动变化离不开“开、阖、枢”三种运动模式。结合儿童自闭症的社交障碍、交流困难等临床症状,作者认为,儿童自闭症病机为枢机不利,即开阖枢出现了问题。故在“开阖枢”理论的指导下,运用经方和龙砂开阖六气针法治疗儿童自闭症,旨在为该病诊治、研究提供一种新的模式。

This paper applied theory of opening and closing pivot to provide new ideas in the diagnosis and treatment of autism in chil-dren.The pivot is the key to the operation of the human body’s qi machine,and the movement of all things in the world is inseparable from the three movement modes of the opening pivot.Combined with the clinical symptoms of children’s autism such as social disor-ders and communication difficulties,the author believed that the disease mechanism is unfavorable to the cardinal,and there is a prob-lem with the opening of the cardinal,so under the guidance of the theory of“theory of opening and closing pivot”,the use of classical prescription and Longsha opening-closing six-qi acupuncture method to treat children’s autism is aimed at providing a new model for the diagnosis and treatment of autism in children.
