刺血加温针灸治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察

Blood-pricking Combined with Warming Needle Moxibustion in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的 探讨刺血加温针灸对痛风性关节炎患者临床疗效、炎症指标及尿酸水平的影响。方法 2020年3月-2022年3月万安县中医院共计收治66例痛风性关节炎患者,随机等分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组患者予常规西药治疗,观察组患者予刺血加温针灸治疗。对比2组临床治疗效果、炎症指标及尿酸水平。结果 观察组总有效率为97.0%(32/33),高于对照组的66.7%(22/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血沉、C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿酸水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 刺血加温针灸治疗痛风性关节炎患者,临床效果显著,可降低患者的炎症指标和尿酸水平,应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood pricking and warming needle moxibustion on the clinical efficacy,inflamma-tory indexes and uric acid level in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 66 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to Wan’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022,and were randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with blood pricking and warming needle moxibustion.The clinical therapeutic effect,inflammation index and uric acid level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.0%(32/33),which was higher than that of the control group(66.7%,22/33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,erythro-cyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The uric acid level of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gouty arthritis,blood pricking and warming needle moxibus-tion can achieve significant clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the inflammatory index and uric acid level of patients,and has high ap-plication value.
