穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性支气管炎临床观察

Acupoint Application Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Bean in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法 选择江西省中西医结合医院2021年4月—2022年3月收治的60例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上运用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗。结果 试验组总有效率96.7%(29/30)显著高于对照组的86.7%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆可以有效缓解慢性支气管炎患者咳嗽、喘息症状,改善患者生活质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treat-ment of chronic bronchitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic bronchitis treated in Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing bean on the basis of control group.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.7%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of control group(86.7%,26/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application combined with combined with auricular point pressing bean can effectively alleviate the cough and wheezing symptoms of patients with chronic bronchitis,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve clinical efficacy.
