疏肝健脾方联合中药外敷治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床观察

Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Prescription Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的 观察自拟疏肝健脾方联合中药外敷方治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的临床效果。方法 将100例符合条件的患者随机分为2组,对照组50例采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,观察组予自拟疏肝健脾方联合外敷方治疗。2组的疗程均为3个月,疗程结束后评定效果。结果 观察组在改善肝功能、血脂、中医症状方面均显著优于对照组。观察组的总有效率为92.00%(46/50),高于对照组的72.00%(36/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 疏肝健脾法联合外敷方治疗肝郁脾虚型NAFLD效果显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of soothing liver and strengthening spleen prescription combined with external ap-plication of Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods One hundred eligible patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group of 50 patients was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule,and the observation group was treated with self-made soothing liver and strengthening spleen prescription combined with external application of Chinese medicine.The treatment course of both groups was 3 months,and the effect was evaluated after the treatment.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving liver function,blood lipids and TCM symptoms.The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%(46/50),which was higher than that of the control group(72.00%,36/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of soothing liver and strengthening spleen prescription combined with external application of Chinese medicine in treating NAFLD of liver depression and spleen deficiency type is significant.
