清胃泻心汤联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡临床观察

Qingwei Xiexin Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的 探讨清胃泻心汤联合四联疗法对胃溃疡患者效果及对胃黏膜表皮生长因子的影响。方法 选取2019年4月—2020年5月在枣庄市中医医院就诊的100例胃溃疡患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组45例采用四联疗法,观察组55例采用清胃泻心汤联合四联疗法,比较2组胃溃疡患者的疗效、胃黏膜表皮生长因子的变化情况、中医证候积分。结果 观察组总有效率为96.36%(53/55),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组胃黏膜表皮生长因子阳性率均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清胃泻心汤联合四联疗法可有效提高临床效果,减轻幽门螺杆菌感染,有效控制胃溃疡的复发,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qingwei Xiexin decoction combined with quadruple therapy on patients with gastric ul-cer and the influence on gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor.Methods One hundred patients with gastric ulcer treated in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group of 45 cases treated with quadruple therapy and observation group of 55 cases treated with Qingwei Xiexin decoction combined with quadruple therapy.The ef-fects of gastric ulcer,the changes of gastric epidermal growth factor and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than that of the control group(77.78%,35/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor in 2 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the positive rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingwei Xiexin decoction combined with quadruple therapy can effec-tively improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate Helicobacter pylori infection and effectively control the recurrence of gastric ulcer.It is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
