某高速公路25 m跨钢板组合梁设计与数值模拟研究

摘要 钢板组合梁结构轻质高强、施工快捷、全生命周期内绿色环保,是实现桥梁上部结构工业化建造的有效途径之一。以某高速公路25 m中等跨径钢板组合梁为工程背景,首先介绍了结构设计情况,然后基于有限元数值模拟软件,研究了结构受力特点,并计算得到了结构基频和最不利状态下的钢板应力。计算结果可为类似结构提供参考。 The steel plate composite beam structure has the advantages of lightweight,high strength,fast construction,green and environmental protection in the whole life cycle,which is one of the effective ways to realize the industrial construction of bridge superstructure.Based on the engineering background of a 25 m medium-span steel plate composite beam of an expressway,the structural design is firstly introduced,and then the structural stress characteristics based on the finite element numerical simulation software is studied.The fundamental frequency of the structure and the stress of the steel plate under the most unfavorable condition are calculated.The calculation results can provide a reference for similar structures.
