间苯三酚在宫腔镜手术前宫颈软化中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of phloroglucinol in cervical softening before hysteroscopic surgery

目的 观察间苯三酚在宫腔镜手术前宫颈软化中的应用价值。方法 80例接受宫腔镜手术患者,以随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组术前应用米索前列醇治疗,研究组术前静脉推注间苯三酚。比较两组患者宫颈扩张时间、手术时间、宫颈扩张时疼痛评分,术中宫颈扩张程度,术中不良反应发生率及对宫颈软化的满意度。结果 研究组患者宫颈扩张时间(39.64±2.77)min、手术时间(19.35±1.76)min均短于对照组的(122.97±3.11)、(23.96±2.81)min,宫颈扩张时疼痛评分(1.67±0.25)分低于对照组的(3.06±0.77)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术中宫颈扩张总软化率100.00%高于对照组的82.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术中不良反应发生率2.50%低于对照组的20.00%,对宫颈软化的满意度97.50%高于对照组的77.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在宫腔镜手术前宫颈软化中,以间苯三酚作为治疗药物,可显著缩短患者的宫颈扩张时间、手术时间,减轻宫颈扩张时的疼痛严重程度,改善宫颈扩张程度,减少不良反应,提升患者的满意度,效果理想。

Objective To observe the application value of phloroglucinol in cervical softening before hysteroscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received preoperative treatment of misoprostol before operation,and the study group received intravenous injection of phloroglucinol before operation.Comparison was made on the cervical dilation time,surgical time,pain score during cervical dilation,degree of cervical dilation during surgery,adverse reactions during surgery,and patient satisfaction with cervical softening between two groups of patients.Results The study group had shorter cervical dilation time of(39.64±2.77)min and surgical time of(19.35±1.76)min compared to(122.97±3.11)and(23.96±2.81)min in the control group,while the pain score during cervical dilation of(1.67±0.25)points in the study group was lower than(3.06±0.77)points in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total softening rate of cervical dilation during surgery was 100.00%in the study group,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during surgery in the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group;and their satisfaction with cervical softening was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During cervical softening before hysteroscopic surgery,the use of phloroglucinol can significantly shorten the patient's cervical dilation and surgical time,reduce the severity of pain during cervical dilation,improve the degree of cervical dilation,reduce adverse reactions,enhance patient satisfaction,and achieve ideal results.
