综合康复训练对脑卒中气管切开术后患者的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on stroke patients after tracheotomy

目的 本研究旨在评估综合康复训练对脑卒中气管切开术后患者的应用效果。方法 80例脑卒中气管切开术后患者,随机分为实验组及对照组,每组40例。实验组接受综合康复训练,对照组接受常规指导和康复建议。比较两组患者的步行能力、平衡能力和日常生活自理能力水平。结果 实验组患者的步行能力、平衡能力和日常生活自理能力评分分别为(6.2±1.4)、(7.3±1.6)、(7.8±1.2)分,均高于对照组的(4.8±1.2)、(5.6±1.1)、(6.2±1.4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复训练对脑卒中气管切开术后患者具有显著的应用效果,可以促进患者的身体功能恢复和生活质量提高。因此,建议在临床实践中广泛应用综合康复训练来促进脑卒中气管切开术后患者的康复进程。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on stroke patients after tracheotomy.Methods 80 patients with stroke who underwent tracheotomy were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the control group received routine guidance and rehabilitation advice.The walking ability,balance ability,and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of walking ability,balance ability and daily living ability of the experimental group were(6.2±1.4),(7.3±1.6)and(7.8±1.2)points,respectively,which were higher than(4.8±1.2),(5.6±1.1)and(6.2±1.4)points of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training has a significant effect on stroke patients after tracheotomy,which can promote the recovery of physical function and improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it is suggested that comprehensive rehabilitation training should be widely used in clinical practice to promote the rehabilitation process of stroke patients after tracheotomy.
