实时剪切波弹性成像技术在深静脉血栓中的临床应用进展

摘要 近年来发现实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)可以通过测得杨氏模量值,为诊断提供定性和定量信息。它具有安全、实时、低成本的特点,在肝纤维化、甲状腺和乳腺结节的诊断中取得了较好的临床应用,但在深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的临床分期方面的临床研究较少。因此,本文系统综述实时SWE在DVT中的应用进展,以期指导DVT分期的临床诊断和治疗。 In recent years,it has been discovered that real-time shear wave elastography(SWE) can provide qualitative and quantitative information for diagnosis by measuring the Young's modulus value.It has the clharacteristics of safety,real-time,and low cost,and has achieved good clinical applications in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis,thyroid,and breast nodules.However,there are few clinical studies on the clinical staging of deep vein thrombosis(DVT),Therefore,this article systematically reviews the application progress of real-time SWE in DVT,in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DVT staging.
