摘要
本文高效液相色谱分析法检测化妆品中的4种化学防晒剂:甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、乙基己基三嗪酮、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪,对目标化合物的分离采用Symmetry C18色谱柱,并用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器进行分析,以水+高氯酸(300+0.25)-甲醇-四氢呋喃为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为311 nm。样品经四氢呋喃超声提取,外标法进行定量。在高、低两种加标水平下,回收率均在96.3%~108.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在0.32%~2.38%之间,说明本方法测定化妆品中4种防晒剂的准确性较高。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for the detection of 4 chemical sunscreen agents,Drometrizole trisiloxane,Ethylhexyltriazone,Methylenebis-benzotriazolyltetramethylbutylphenol and Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine.The target compounds were separated by Symmetry C18 column,and analyzed by HPLC with PDA detector.Water+perchloric acid(300+0.25)-methanol-tetrahydrofuran was used as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 311 nm.The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction of tetrahydrofuran and quantified by external standard method.The recoveries range from 96.3% to 108.6% and RSD range from 0.32% to 2.38% at both high and low levels,indicating that the method has high accuracy for the determination of 4 sunscreen agents in cosmetics.
