血清特异性IgE联合IgG抗体检测在小儿荨麻疹过敏原中的诊断价值分析

Analysis of diagnostic value of serum specific IgE combined with IgG antibody detection in pediatric urticaria allergens

目的观察在小儿荨麻疹过敏原诊断中实施血清特异性IgE、IgG抗体联合检测的价值和意义,为小儿荨麻疹的诊断和干预打下坚实的基础。方法收集华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院皮肤科门诊在2022年9月-2023年9月期间就诊的100例小儿荨麻疹患儿的临床资料,对100例小儿荨麻疹患儿均实施血清特异性IgE、IgG抗体联合检测,分析血清特异性IgE联合IgG抗体检测对于小儿荨麻疹过敏原的诊断价值。结果100例小儿荨麻疹患儿中检测出过敏原155个,其中食物过敏原65个,吸入性过敏原90个。男性患儿食物过敏原、吸入性过敏原阳性率显著高于女性患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性患儿和女性患儿的血清特异性IgE抗体阳性率、IgG抗体阳性率无显著差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄[7岁以内及7岁(含)以上患儿]之间的吸入性过敏原阳性率存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿荨麻疹过敏原的诊断检查中,通过血清特异性IgE、IgG抗体联合检测的价值十分显著,能更好地诊断疾病,明确过敏原,为疾病的确诊、后续的治疗打下坚实的基础,避免患儿反复接触过敏原导致疾病复发,从而改善患儿的生活质量。

Objective To observe the value and significance of combined detection of serum-specific IgE and IgG antibodies in the diagnosis of urticaria allergens in children,so as to lay a solid foundation for the diagnosis and intervention of urticaria in children.Methods The clinical data of 100 children with urticaria from September 2022 to September 2023 in the dermatological outpatient department of our hospital were collected,and the combined detection of serum specific IgE and IgG antibody was carried out in 100 children with urticaria,and the diagnostic value of serum specific IgE combined with IgG antibody detection for children with urticaria allergen was analyzed.Results 155 allergens were detected in 100 children with urticaria,including 65 food allergens and 90 inhalation allergens.The positive rates of food allergens and inhalation allergens in male children were significantly higher than those in female children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum specific IgE positive rate and IgG antibody positive rate between male children and female children(P>0.05).There is a significant difference in the positive rate of inhaled allergens among children of different ages(children under 7 years old and children over 7 years old),and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum specific IgE and IgG antibodies in the diagnosis and examination of urticaria allergens in children is of great value,which can better diagnose the disease,clarify the allergens,lay a solid foundation for the diagnosis and follow-up treatment of the disease,avoid the recurrence of the disease caused by repeated contact with allergens,and improve the quality of life of children.
