CBL、PBL结合EBM教学法在乡医骨科临床教学中的应用价值

The Application value of CBL,PBL combined with ebm teaching method in clinical teaching of orthopedics for country hospital doctors

目的探讨CBL、PBL结合EBM教学法对比传统教学法在乡医骨科临床教学中的应用价值。方法对比研究首都医科大学延庆教学医院2020级以及2021级在骨科学习的乡医学生,分为传统教学法组(对照组)以及CBL、PBL结合EBM组(实验组),根据考试成绩以及满意度调查结果分析教学效果。结果在考试成绩方面,实验组学生在基础知识、病例分析以及医患沟通方面均优于对照组学生(P<0.05);在满意度调查方面,实验组学生自我评价、教学方法评价以及教学效果评价的总体满意度高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论CBL、PBL结合EBM教学法在乡医骨科临床教学中具有良好的效果,值得进一步完善并全面推广。

Objective To explore the application value of CBL,PBL combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM)teaching method compared to traditional teaching methods in clinical teaching of orthopedics for country hospital doctors.Methods A comparative study was carried out among the country hospital students studied in the orthopedics department of our hospital.They were divided into the traditional teaching method group(control group)and the CBL,PBL combined with EBM group(experimental group).The teaching effectiveness was analyzed according to the examination results and satisfaction survey results.Result In terms of exam scores,the experimental group students outperformed the control group students in basic knowledge,case analysis,and doctor-patient communication(P<0.05);in terms of satisfaction survey,the experimental group students showed higher overall satisfaction in self-evaluation,teaching method evaluation,and teaching effectiveness evaluation than the control group students(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CBL,PBL and EBM teaching method has a good effect in the teaching for country hospital students in orthopedics,and is worth further improvement and promotion in clinical teaching of country hospital students.
