“1+X”证书制度下无损检测专业技术人才培养的思考

Thoughts on the Training of NDT Professionals under the "1+X" Certificate System

信息化时代背景下,试点开展“1+X”无损检测技能等级证书考试,为能源与环境系统工程等工科专业人才培养改革指明了方向。在无损检测证书的推动下,专业建设主要围绕实训基地建设、人才培养调整、课程体系转型升级、提高师资队伍建设、加强校企合作等内容进行。最终提升人才培养质量、提高教师教学水平,促进学生参加“1+X”(无损检测)证书考试,从而达到缩短企业入职培养时间、提高学生就业质量的目的。

Under the background of the information era,the "1+X " certificate system pilot carried out the NDT skill level certificate examination,which pointed out the direction for the reform of the training of engineering professionals such as energy and environmental system engineering.Driven by the NDT certificate,the specialty construction is mainly carried out around the construction of training base,talent training adjustment,curriculum system transformation and upgrading,improving the construction of teaching staff,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.Finally,it will improve the quality of talent training,strengthen the teaching level of teachers,and encourage students to participate in the "1+X "(non-destructive testing) certificate examination,so as to shorten the time of enterprise induction training and improve the quality of students' employment.
