丹参酮联合华法林治疗非瓣膜性心房颤动临床观察

目的:观察丹参酮联合华法林治疗非瓣膜性心房颤动的效果。方法:58例随机分为观察组与对照组各29例,两组均用华法林治疗,观察组加用丹参酮治疗。结果:治疗2周后观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、CD62P与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)高于对照组(P<0.05),CD63水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后观察组LVEF、CO、CI水平均高于对照组,血清hs-CRP、CD63、CD62P指标低于对照组,PT、APTT、TT水平高于对照组,FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹参酮联合华法林治疗非瓣膜性心房颤动效果较好,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of tanshinone combined with warfarin in the treatment of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Methods:Fifty-eight cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,29 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with warfarin,and the observation group were treated with tanshinone in addition.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and CD62P between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the cardiac output(CO)and cardiac index(CI)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of CD63 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of LVEF,CO and CI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of serum hs-CRP,CD63 and CD62 P were lower than those in the control group.The levels of PT,APTT and TT were higher than those in the control group,and the level of FIB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tanshinone combined with warfarin is effective in the treatment of non-valvular atrial fibrillation without increasing adverse reactions.
