中药湿热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

目的:观察中药湿热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:50例随机分成两组各25例,观察组用牛膝温筋汤外敷治疗,对照组用康复训练。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组中医证候积分、VAS评分及WOMAC评分均降低、KSS功能评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药湿热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of hot-wet compress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with external application of Niuxi Wenjin Decoction while the control group were treated with rehabilitation training.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups decreased,and the KSS function score increased(P<0.05).The change range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot-wet compress of traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
