摘要
目的探索使用低频旋转磁场对高原慢性低氧损伤的干预效果。方法选取11名志愿者进行连续14 d(60 min/d)低频旋转磁场干预,在干预前后测量血压、血氧饱和度、血常规和血生化等指标。结果经过低频旋转磁场干预后,红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积和血尿酸的下降幅度分别为6.16%、5.92%、6.06%和5.61%。与干预前指标相比较,干预后红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积下降幅度差异均有统计学意义(t=2.56、2.89、2.41,P=0.014、0.008、0.018),且受试者的收缩压、白细胞计数和血小板计数均有下降(t=2.49、2.91、3.46,P=0.016、0.008、0.004)。结论低频旋转磁场干预改善血液循环的红细胞功能调控,可以有效缓解高原慢性低氧损伤,未来有望形成基于人体自组织能力的系统化的慢性高原病防治方案。
Objective To explore the effect of interventions in chronic hypoxic injury at high altitude using lowfrequency rotating magnetic fields.Methods Eleven volunteers were subjected to continuous low-frequency rotating magnetic field interventions before a series of physiological and biochemical measurements was made.Results After 14 consecutive days(60 min/d)of interventions using the low-frequency rotating magnetic field,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,hematocrit,and uric acid decreased by 6.16%,5.92%,6.06%,and 5.61%,respectively.There were statistically significant changes in the red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,and hematocrit after interventions(t=2.56、2.89、2.41,P=0.014、0.008、0.018).The subjects'systolic blood pressure,white blood cell count,and platelet count all decreased(t=2.49、2.91、3.46,P=0.016、0.008、0.004).Conclusion Interventions via the low-frequency rotating magnetic field can better regulate red blood cell function in blood circulation,which can effectively alleviate chronic hypoxic injury at high altitude.This approach promises to be a systematic prevention and treatment regimen for chronic mountain sickness based on the ability of the human body to organize itself.
