摘要
采用免疫组化(Labelledstreptravidinbiotin,LSAB)方法研究60例皮肤鳞癌(SSCC)中p63的表达和CD68阳性的巨噬细胞反应,在原位观察其与SSCC增殖、分化的关系。结果表明在正常表皮、毛囊中p63主要表达在具有增生潜能的基底层细胞,在终末分化的角质形成细胞中缺如。高分化癌中p63呈环状分布于癌巢周围,低分化癌中p63阳性细胞增多,分布紊乱。巨噬细胞规律性地分布于活跃增殖的癌巢边缘区。本文结果提示SSCC分化程度越低p63表达强,而巨噬细胞浸润的量与SSCC分化呈反相关。癌中p63的表达越高癌周巨噬细胞反应减少。在SSCC中由p63过表达的癌细胞可能是更具增殖、侵袭和间变能力的细胞类型。
The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of p63and CD68postive macrophage count in skin squa-mous cell carcinoma(SSCC).Sixty cases of SSCC were studied using immunohistochemical staining method for monoclonor anti-body p63and CD68.The relationship between p63and CD68expression and the proliferation and differentiation of SSCC were observed in situ.The results showed that in normal human epidermis and in hair follicles,p63protein was principally restricted to cells-basal cells,with high proliferative potential and was absent from the cells that were keratinocytes undergoing terminal differentiation.In highly differentiated tumors,p63was distributed as a ring surrounding the tumor.In low differentiat-ed tumors,p63positive cells were increased and their distribution was chaotic with respect to centers of terminal differentiation.Macrophage was regularly located in the margin of cancer nest.It was concluded that the degree of differentiation was paral-lel to the expression of p63protein,whereas the macrophage count was reversely correlated to the degree of differentiation;the macrophages in the stroma to some extent inhibited the cancer cell proliferation.Overexpression of p63might be as SSCC ac-quire a more proliferatire,aggressive and anaplastic phenotype.
