金莲花颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎临床观察

目的:观察金莲花颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的效果。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组加用金莲花颗粒。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复时间、咳嗽及喉痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清TNF-α、CRP和IL-8均较治疗前低,观察组变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论:金莲花颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎效果较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jinlianhua granule combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with azithromycin,and the observation group were treated with Jinlianhua Granules.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of cough and sore throat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the changes in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinlianhua Granule combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.
