带状疱疹后遗神经痛基于“温阳导滞理论”用针刺联合火针治疗临床观察

目的:观察针刺联合火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:100例按照随机数字表法分为两组各50例,对照组给予口服加巴喷丁治疗,观察组给予针刺联合火针治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SAS、SDS以及VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组QS评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可提高治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with fire needle in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with gabapentin by oral administration while the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with fire needle.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS and VAS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the QS scores of the two groups increased,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with fire needle could improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
