围刺针法结合穴位贴敷治疗肩周炎临床观察

目的:观察围刺针法结合穴位贴敷治疗肩周炎的效果。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为两组各40例,两组均用穴位贴敷,观察组加用围刺针法。结果:总有效率观察组95.00%、对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肩关节活动度、日常活动能力、肌力及疼痛改善程度均高于对照组,疼痛分级指数、主观疼痛、现有疼痛强度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围刺针法结合穴位贴敷治疗肩周炎效果较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of peripheral needle combined with acupoint application in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupoint application,and the observation group were treated with peripheral needle.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group and 75.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder range of motion,activities of daily living,muscle strength and pain improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pain grading index,subjective pain and existing pain intensity were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peripheral needle combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
