身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症内镜术后残留症状临床观察

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症内镜术后残留疼痛及麻木症状的疗效。方法:126例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各63例。两组均行经皮脊柱内镜腰椎间盘摘除术(PELD),治疗组在术后口服身痛逐瘀汤。结果:两组治疗后ODI评分、疼痛VAS评分、麻木VAS评分均低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后及随访1个月3项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组股神经F波传导速度快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均未出现切口感染等严重并发症。治疗组3例有轻度胃部胀痛不适感。结论:身痛逐瘀汤可以缓解PELD术后的腰腿部疼痛及下肢麻木、无力等症状,改善腰椎功能。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of residual pain and numbness after endoscopic lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 126 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,63 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD),and the treatment group were treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction after operation.Results:The Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,visual analog scale(VAS)of pain score and VAS of numbness score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The three scores of the treatment group after treatment and 1 month of follow-up were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The F wave conduction velocity of femoral nerve in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious complications such as incision infection occurred in the two groups after operation.In the treatment group,3 patients had mild stomach pain.Conclusion:Shentong Zhuyu Decoction could relieve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain,lower limb numbness and weakness after PELD and improve lumbar function.
