环状混合痔微创术后应用祛毒生肌方熏洗及高锰酸钾坐浴临床观察

目的:观察湿热下注型环状混合痔微创术后应用祛毒生肌方熏洗及高锰酸钾坐浴的效果。方法:122例按随机数字表法分为高锰酸钾组和祛毒生肌组各61例,术后用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗,祛毒生肌组联合祛毒生肌方熏洗。结果:治疗7d及治疗14d后两组灼热疼痛、肛门坠胀、便血色鲜中医证候积分和创面渗液程度评分均降低,且祛毒生肌组更低(P<0.05)。两组创面肉芽形态评分、bFGF、PDGF水平均上升,且祛毒生肌组更高(P<0.05)。结论:环状混合痔微创术后应用祛毒生肌方熏洗可缓解症状,有利于新生血管形成,进而促进创面恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of fumigation and washing with Qudu Shengji Decoction and potassium permanganate sitz bath after minimally invasive surgery for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type.Methods:A total of 122 cases were divided into potassium permanganate group and Qudu Shengji group according to the random number table method,61 cases in each group.After operation,they were fumigated and washed with potassium permanganate solution.Results:After 7 days and 14 days of treatment,the scores of burning pain,anal bulge,bloody and fresh stool TCM syndromes and wound exudate degree in the two groups decreased and those in the Qudu Shengji group were lower(P<0.05).The granulation morphology score,bFGF and PDGF levels of the two groups increased,and the Qudu Shengji group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qudu Shengji Decoction fumigation and washing after minimally invasive surgery on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids could relieve symptoms,promote neovascularization and promote wound recovery.
