用户需求导向的高校图书馆数据可视化素养服务研究 被引量:2

Investigation on Users-centered Data Visualization Literacy Service in University Libraries

摘要 [目的/意义]识别并深入了解用户的数据可视化素养服务需求,可以帮助图书馆规划针对性服务策略,提升用户数据可视化素养水平。[方法/过程]通过问卷了解大学生、教师及科研人员数据可视化行为现状及数据可视化素养服务需求,利用Kano模型进行用户需求分类及优先级评估,借助QFD模型分析图书馆质量要素,据此提出高校图书馆数据可视化素养服务重点。[结果/结论]绝大多数用户认为图书馆有必要提供数据可视化素养服务,用户需求以魅力需求为主。其中服务内容、服务形式、服务主体及服务基础的需求特征分别为知识技能需求强,意识伦理需求弱;深层服务需求强,浅层服务需求弱;能力素质需求强,身份来源需求弱;软硬件资源需求强,服务空间需求弱。对此,高校图书馆应拓宽服务边界,创新数据可视化素养服务模式;多渠道强化人才队伍建设,全方位提升馆员技能;加强数据可视化技能培训,提升数据可视化综合素养;逐步夯实基础设施建设,提升支撑保障能力。 [Purpose/Significance]By studying users’needs on data visualization literacy service,the study aims to develop targeted service strategies which can improve users’data visualization literacy level in university libraries.[Method/Process]Through questionnaire survey,the paper investigated the data visualization practices and service needs among college students,teachers and researchers.It classified and prioritized the needs on the Kano model,analyzed library quality elements on the QFD model,and finally proposed the key service strategies of data visualization literacy cultivation.[Result/Conclusion]Most users think it is necessary for libraries to provide data visualization literacy service.Users’needs are mainly attractive quality-related needs.The service content needs emphasize on knowledge skills but ignore ethics.The service form needs highlight in-depth services but overlook basic services.The service provider needs underscore quality skills but neglect identity sources.In addition,the service base needs focus on software and hardware resources construction but understate service spaces.University libraries should broaden the services boundary to provide innovative data visualization literacy service modes,strengthen the construction of service team to enhance librarians’skills,improve data visualization skills training to enhance comprehensive data visualization literacy,and consolidate the basic resources to secure the supportive capacity.
