数字经济发展对资源配置效率影响研究——基于要素流动视角的分析

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy Development on Resource Allocation Efficiency——Analysis Based on the Perspective of Factor Mobility

数字经济的蓬勃发展对于优化资源配置效率有着重要意义。本文基于我国省级面板数据,从要素流动的视角探讨数字经济对资源配置效率的影响机制。结果表明,数字经济发展水平的提升能够提高我国各地区的资源配置效率,无论是对资本配置效率还是劳动力配置效率均产生了积极的影响。进一步研究的结果显示,要素流动是数字经济改善地区资源配置效率的重要机制;区域异质性分析的结果表明,数字经济对资源配置效率的改善效果在内陆地区较沿海地区更为显著。基于此,应推进行政体制机制改革创新,深化要素市场化改革,推动区域数字经济协调发展。

The flourishing development of the digital economy is of great significance for optimizing the efficiency resource alloca-tion.Based on China's provincial panel data,this paper discusses the mechanism of digital economy on resource allocation efficiency from the perspective of factor mobility.The research results indicate that the improvement of digital economy can promote the resource allocation efficiency of regions in China.It has a positive impact on both capital allocation efficiency and labor allocation efficiency.The results of fur-ther analysis show that factor mobility is an important mechanism for digital economy to improve resource allocation efficiency.The results of regional heterogeneity analysis show that the improvement effect of digital economy on resource allocation efficiency is more significant in inland areas than that in coastal areas.Based on the conclusions above,we should propel the reform of administrative system and mecha-nism,deepen the factor market reform,and promote the coordinated development of regional digital economy.
