“双碳”目标背景下嵌入式低碳供应链决策研究——基于碳限额交易机制视角的分析 被引量:1

Research on Embedded Low Carbon Supply Chain Decision Making in the Context of"Dual-Carbon"Goal——Analysis Based on the Perspective of Carbon Cap-and-trade Mechanism

摘要 “双碳”目标背景下,一些制造企业特别是中小型制造企业低碳减排技术弱,减排能力不足,亟需具有专业减排技术的嵌入式服务商提供支持。基于此,本文以碳限额交易机制为背景,构建由一个具有风险规避性的制造商和一个低碳减排服务提供商组成的嵌入式供应链模型,使用loss-averse函数测度制造商的风险规避特性,探讨嵌入式低碳减排服务提供商对制造商碳排放量及收益的影响。研究发现:存在一个收益共享比例系数能够协调供应链;信息不对称下,当低碳减排服务提供商在一定范围内谎报其减排成本信息会带来额外收益,不会影响供应链的期望效用,而会损失制造商的利益;消费者低碳偏好意识与产品低碳水平的提高,有利于增加供应链的期望效用;消费者低碳偏好意识的提高有助于提高低碳减排服务提供商减排积极性;制造商减少产品的初始碳排放量,可以大大提高供应链各成员的期望效用。 n the context of"dual carbon",some manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enter-prises,have weak low-carbon emission reduction technology and insufficient emission reduction capacity,and are in urgent need of support from embedded service providers with professional emission reduction technology.Therefore,this paper constructs an embedded supply chain model consisting of a risk-averse manufacturer and a low-carbon abatement service provider,which is constructed in the context of the carbon cap-and-trade mechanism,and the risk-averse characteristics of the manufacturer are measured using the loss-averse function.Discuss the impact of the embedded low-carbon abatement service provider on the manufacturer's carbon emissions and profits.It is found that:the existence of a benefit-sharing ratio factor can coordinate the supply chain;when the low-carbon emission reduction service provider misreports its cost within a certain range,it will bring additional benefts,which wll not affect the expected utility,of the supply chain,but lose the interests of the manufacturer;the increase of consumers'awareness of low-carbon preferences and products'low-carbon level is beneficial to increase the expected utility of the supply chain;the increase of consumers'awareness of low-carbon preferences has the effect of increasing the low-carbon abatement service provider's motivation to abate;The increase in consumer awareness of low-car-bon preferences helps to increase the motivation of low-carbon emission reduction service providers;The reduction of initial carbon emis-sions of products by manufacturers can greatly increase the expected utility of the supply chain and each member.
