新乡贤赋能乡村振兴的空间逻辑与实践路径

The Spatial Logic and Practical Path of Rural Revitalization Empowered by New Rural Sages

乡村振兴的关键在人,新乡贤作为乡村振兴的重要主体,在激发乡村内生动力方面具有独特的功能价值。基于空间生产理论审思新乡贤赋能乡村振兴的功能价值及内在机理,发现新乡贤在“物质—社会—精神”三元空间中能够依凭智力禀赋、社会资本和文化资源赋能乡村振兴。为持续有效地发挥新乡贤助推乡村振兴的功能价值,物质空间上,应营造独具乡村风貌的人居环境、完善硬件设施建设,吸引新乡贤回归;社会空间上,应搭建新乡贤与乡村互动平台,密切新乡贤与乡村的联系,发挥新乡贤引领作用;精神空间上,需增设新乡贤表彰等仪式场景,助推新乡贤文化的传承。

The key to rural revitalization lies in people.New rural sages,as an important subject of rural revitalization,have unique functional value in stimulating the endogenous power of the countryside.Based on the theory of spatial production,the functional value of the new rural sages'empowerment of rural revitalization and its internal mechanism,we find that the new rural sages in the"material-social-spiritual"three-dimensional space can be empowered to revitalize the rural ecology,talents,industry,organization and culture based on their intellectual endowment,social capital and cultural resources.In order to continuously and effectively play the functional value of new rural sages in promoting rural revitalization,the material space should create a unique rural landscape of the human environment and improve the construction of hardware facilities to attract new rural sages to return to the countryside;the social space should set up a platform for the interaction between new rural sages and the countryside,bridge the social relationship between new rural sages and the countryside,regulate and strengthen the role of new rural sages in playing the role of new rural sages;and the spiritual space needs to set up more ceremonial scenes such as the recognition of new rural sages to promote the inheritance of the culture of new rural sages.The spiritual space needs to add ceremonial scenes such as new rural sage recognition to help promote the inheritance of new rural sage culture.
