摘要
机械支架取栓治疗方案在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用中具有再通率高、再通时间短等多个优点。针对机械取栓支架的设计验证过程,对支架的结构组成单元进行分析,并对支架的建模过程进行参数化设计。利用Abaqus建立了支架取栓过程的有限元仿真分析模型,并以特征参数周向单元数为例,利用实验分析验证有限元仿真分析模型的正确性。结果表明,支架的径向支撑性能随着周向单元数的增加而提升,参数化结构设计方案可以有效的优化支架设计流程,仿真模型可以较为准确地模拟机械支架取栓过程,并对支架的性能进行分析。
The application of mechanical stent thrombectomy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has many advantages such as high recanalization rate and short recanalization time.Aiming at the design verification process of the mechanical thrombectomy stent,the structural components of the stent are analyzed,and the modeling process of the stent is parametrically designed.The finite element simulation analysis model of the stent thrombectomy process is established using Abaqus,and the correctness of the finite element simulation analysis model is verified by experimental analysis using the number of circumferential elements of the characteristic parameter as an example.The results show that the radial support performance of the stent increases with the increase of the number of circumferential elements,the parametric structural design scheme can effectively optimize the design process of the stent,and the simulation model can accurately simulate the thrombectomy process of the mechanical stent.
