一种液相色谱检测器系统研制及实验分析

Development and Experimental Analysis of a Liquid Chromatography Detector System

摘要 提出了一种新型液相色谱紫外吸收检测器,其主要由发光二极管、传感器、流通池、滤光片及凸镜组成,并且分析了该检测器的结构原理和工作原理。进一步对该检测器进行了灵敏度的计算,并且分析了其线性范围。通过计算得出该检测器的灵敏度很高,线性范围也比较宽。对检测器的性能进行实验测试分析,提出了批间差的计算方法,进一步对检测器在液相色谱分析仪中进行了重复性的测试,并且统计了20个样本的测试数据,得出了其重复性良好,最后对检测器的稳定性进行了分析,统计了3个样本在不通时间段的均值和相对偏差。结果表明检测器的性能指数都比较好,为其在液相色谱分析仪中提供了一定的技术参考。 A new type of ultraviolet absorption detector for liquid chromatography(LC-Ultraviolet Absorption Detector)consisting of a light-emitting secondary tube,a sensor,a flow cell,a filter and a convex mirror is proposed.The structure and working principle of the detector are analyzed.The sensitivity of the detector is calculated and its linear range is analyzed.The calculation shows that the detector has high sensitivity and a wide linear range.The performance of the detector is tested and analyzed experimentally,and the calculation method of the inter-batch difference is proposed.The repeatability of the detector was further tested in the liquid chromatography analyzer,and the test data of 20 samples were counted.The repeatability of the detector was good.Finally,the stability of the detector was analyzed,and the mean and relative deviation of three samples in different time periods were counted.The results show that the performance indices of the detectors are good,which provides some technical references for their application in liquid chromatography analyzer.
