摘要 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定莓茶中苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯残留量的残留分析方法。莓茶(鲜)和莓茶(干)样品中苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯经乙腈涡旋振荡提取,氯化钠盐析分离有机相和水相,提取液经GCB和PSA吸附剂净化后,HPLC-MS/MS测定,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯质量浓度与对应响应值在0.001~0.20 mg/L线性范围内呈良好线性关系。莓茶(鲜)和莓茶(干)中苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯在添加水平为0.01、0.10、10 mg/kg时的平均回收率为76%~106%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.9%。该方法操作简便,选择性好、灵敏度高,适用于莓茶中苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯的残留检测。 The study aims to establish a method for the determination of difenoconazole and azoxystrobin residues in berry tea by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The organic phase and aqueous phase were separated by sodium chloride salting out.Following purification by GCB and PSA adsorbent,the extracts were determined by HPLC-MS/MS and quantified by matrix matching standard solution external standard method.There was a good linear relationship between the response values and the mass concentration of difenoconazole and azoxystrobin within the linear range of 0.001~0.20 mg/L.The average recoveries of difenoconazole and azoxystrobin in both fresh and dry berry tea ranged from 76%~106%,with relative standard deviations between 0.8%~3.9%at the supplemental levels of 0.01,0.10 and 10 mg/kg.The method is simple,selective and sensitive,making it suitable for the determination of difenoconazole and azoxystrobin residues in berry tea.
