HIV感染合并结直肠癌的研究进展

Advance of HIV infection combined with colorectal cancer

尽管抗逆转录病毒药物疗法显著降低了HIV感染者的死亡率,然而,癌症仍然是导致这一人群高死亡率的主要原因之一。非艾滋病定义的癌症(non-AIDS-defining cancers,NADCs)如结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)、乳腺癌和肝癌等的发病率和病死率近年来呈现出逐渐增加的趋势。在NADCs中,HIV感染合并CRC的研究受到了广泛的关注,大多数研究支持HIV感染者患CRC的风险高于一般人群,且该类患者在化疗过程中更容易出现骨髓抑制等不良反应。本文对HIV阳性CRC患者的流行病学、诊断及治疗的研究现状及进展进行综述。

Although antiretroviral therapy has significantly reduced the mortality rate among people infected with HIV.However,cancer remains one of the major causes of high mortality in this population.The incidence and mortality of non-AIDS-defining cancers(NADCs)such as colorectal cancer(CRC),breast cancer and liver cancer have shown a gradual increase in recent years.Among NADCs,the study of HIV infection combined with CRC has received extensive attention.Most studies support a higher risk of CRC in people with HIV infection comparing to the general population,and patients are more prone to adverse reactions such as myelosuppression during chemotherapy.In this article,the current status and advances in the epidemiology,diagnosis,and treatment of HIV-positive CRC patients are reviewed.
