摘要
滨州市全民健身中心为刚度不均匀、扭转效应明显的复杂结构,利用概念设计与力学基本原理解决了设计过程中遇到的3个难题。首先,借助基础设计中常用的“变刚度调平”的概念设计方法,解决了扭转效应明显导致的建筑特别不规则问题。然后,为控制大跨度连体梁的端部裂缝与跨中挠度,利用结构力学位移法建立的线刚度方程精确求出了节点上下层柱的截面尺寸。最后,为抵抗屋面拱形钢梁产生的巨大水平推力,设计出两类抗推杆并确定了其截面与配筋形式。
Binzhou National Fitness Center is a complex structure with uneven stiffness and obvious torsion effect.Three problems encountered in the design process are successfully solved by using conceptual design and basic principles of mechanics.Firstly,with the help of the conceptual design method of"variable stiffness leveling"commonly used in foundation design,the problem of irregular buildings caused by obvious torsion effect was solved.Then,in order to control the end cracks and mid-span deflection of long-span connected beams,the linear stiffness equation established by structural mechanics displacement method was used to accurately calculate the cross-sectional dimensions of columns above and below the joint.Finally,in order to resist the huge horizontal thrust generated by the arched steel beam on the roof,two types of anti-push rods were designed and their sections and reinforcement forms were determined.
