建立以区级老年开放大学为平台的社区学习共同体办学机制研究——以南京秦淮老年开放大学为例

Research on the School-Running Mechanism of a Community-Based Learning Community with a District-Level Open University for the Elderly Being a Platform:Illustrated with Nanjing Qinhuai Seniors Open University

区级老年开放大学在积极老龄化背景下的区域老年教育发展中起着举足轻重的作用。文章从介绍秦淮区级老年开放大学办学机制形成过程入手,分析秦淮老年开放大学办学机制存在的问题及面临的挑战,指出目前办学机制难以适应老年教育日新月异发展的形势、经费问题是制约老年教育发展的重要因素、师资队伍建设问题困扰着老年教育高质量发展、老年教育资源体系的保障机制还有待健全。文章从推进区级老年开放大学办学机制创新变革等六个方面提出了进一步优化区级老年开放大学办学机制的建议。

The district-level seniors open university plays an important role in the development of regional education for the elderly under the background of active aging.By focusing on the formation of the school-running mechanism of Nanjing Qinhuai District-Level Seniors Open University,this paper analyzes the exiting problems and challenges in respects of school-running mechanism,funds,the rank of teachers,the safeguard mechanism of resource systems and so on.These problems and challenges have seriously hindered the rapid and high-quality development of elderly education.Suggestions are put forward in six aspects to further optimize the running mechanism of district-level seniors open universities including promoting the innovation and reform of the school-running mechanism,ensuring sufficient financial input and so on.
